ValorX USA designs and sells premium ergonomic gaming and office chairs. Our products are available through our official website and authorized marketplace partners including Amazon India. The brand operates under RetailEZ Pvt Ltd.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase on our website. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products & Pricing

  • All product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing are provided as accurately as possible. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time.
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Product colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and photographic lighting.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
  • Payment must be completed at the time of purchase through our accepted payment methods.
  • Orders placed through Amazon are subject to Amazon's own payment and order policies in addition to these Terms.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to ship all orders within 2–5 business days. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier partner.
  • ValorX USA is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

6. Warranty

All ValorX USA chairs come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or improper assembly.
  • Normal wear and tear including fading, scratching of leather, or cushion softening.
  • Damage during shipping (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence).

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • For Amazon purchases, Amazon's return and refund policies apply.
